I wanted to let you know the pleasure it has been purchasing my new 2005 Yamaha Warrior from your dealership. It is a great bike, you gave me a fair deal, and Brian and his associates were tremendous to work with.

The Warrior returns me to the two wheel world after an extended break. Being less impulsive than I was in my younger days I spent over a year deciding exactly what I thought would be the best bike for me. I also talked to a lot of dealers, and rode a number of bikes. You had a bike I thought would work, but so did a number of other dealers. However, Brian was easy to work with, willing to assist, and he treated me like family, even though the dealership is a long way from Corpus Christi, Texas. After working with him over a couple phone calls it only took a day to make up my mind. Once I committed the service didn’t stop. He seemed to put himself in my position, sending me photographs of the bike, and answering every question and staying on top of the deal from start to finish. Staying on top included getting your Yamaha representative to find me the silencers I wanted and get them there in a short period of time. No small effort.

You know, people buy from people. They may link through the internet, and they may be happy with placing an order on a web site for some items, but for big ticket items and emotional purchases, they want to talk to someone who seems to view the transactions as important as they do. Brian did that, from start to finish, and is still answering various questions.

Also, hats off to Daily Direct Delivery. The bike arrived in the same condition as it left your place. Perfect.
